ORDERING
I want your ordering experience to be simple, easy and enjoyable. The shop information is updated daily so if a product is marked as “in stock” it should be “in stock”.
When you make an order it will be handled and shipped the same day if received by 1200 hours GMT. If your order is received after that time it will be shipped the next day by 1300 GMT.
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will contain your tracking information if appropriate to your order.
If on the rare occasion there is a problem with your order you will be notified the same day via the email address you have provided.
