If you’re not completely satisfied with your order or should you change your mind then simply contact me and I will arrange for you to return the item to me for a full refund.
I run a “no questions” return policy so unless you have used or damaged the item you have received then you may return it for a full refund or a replacement.
If you’ve ordered a custom made item with engraving then the item cannot be returned simply because you’ve changed your mind, of course. If the item was damaged or not in an acceptable condition when you received it then we’ll happily replace it for you, though.
I would ask that you contact me within 5 days of receiving the item to let me know that you would like to return it. This is simply so I can keep a reasonable control over ordering and stock levels. However, as per the regulations governing distance selling you have the right to return a non-customised product at any time during the 30 day period after purchase.
I do not charge a re-stocking fee. The only charge and passage of play you will be responsible for is the shipping of the product back to me and when I receive it in the same condition in which it was shipped to you then I will issue a full refund.
If, however, I have made a mistake with your order or the product you have received is not as described, for any reason, then I will cover all shipping charges, your return shipping included. I do not believe it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for my mistakes.
